Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales operations, business development, or administrative management role.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of Spanish or Papiamentu is a strong asset.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with office software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, invoicing tools).
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while working independently when needed.
